Why You Should Fear Real Estate Video
It seems like a new article pops up every day claiming the importance of professional real estate photography and video. We all know by now that the majority of buyers start their home search online. Some reports are starting to surface that up to 98% of buyers use the Internet in their home search!
Through one video, I have secured four new buyer clients.
You should fear real estate video, because agents like Ken Boerner are stealing your clients away. Remember what we said at the beginning, how the majority of home buyers are starting their search online? This is a national statistic, so that includes us here in Dallas/Fort Worth! Buyers who are looking online for their next home may not have a real estate agent yet. They come across a video of a property that has the realtor’s information, and all of the sudden they gravitate to that realtor and become a new client.
