Seller’s would much rather list with a real estate agent that uses a professional photographer compared with realtors that use their own point-and-shoot.
The majority of buyers, over 90%, are utilizing the Internet to create a list of properties they might call their next home. To narrow down a list of homes, the buyer searches in a specific area and scrolls through the countless homes posted on the MLS. Every real estate listing is usually represented by a single thumbnail photo: the front exterior.
